Pomegranate (2024) is a short film that Mia Rielle cowrote, produced, and starred it. It was shown at Tampa Bay Underground Film Festival in 2024. The short follows two childhood friends meeting after their first year in college. Jennifer, a young queer woman, must face her developing feelings for Phoebe, her straight friend. Phoebe must confront her own lack of sense of self as she watches her friend Jennifer grow into her own.
